LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY – TRUST Series Tubular Manifolds
Trust Tubular warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship
WHO IS COVERED
The limited warranty is only for the original retail purchaser of the product upon presentation of the original invoice.
WHAT IS COVERED
All material defects or workmanship of the product subjected to the terms and conditions below.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Any defect, malfunction or failure caused by damage while in transit.
Corrosion due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents, climate conditions, neglect or lack of proper cleaning.
Cosmetic flaws
Removal or installation costs
Damage to other products or components not covered by this Limited Warranty
Cost incurred due to downtime of the vehicle towing and transportation costs
Normal wear and tear
Additional parts required to complete installation
THE WARRANTY IS NULL AND VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS
Modified or altered in any way, including, without limitation, defacing the products branding and repairs not authorised by Trust Tubular i.e wrapping or ceramic coatings
Abnormally used or misused
Damaged due to collision, road hazards or other mechanical damage
Damaged due to impact or negligence
Used with screamer setups (wastegate vented to air)
No or insufficient turbo/manifold support bracket/s I.e turbo support on compressor housing, and not supporting center of mass, or too rigid not allowing movement.
The use of corrosive motorsport/race fuels and additives
Worn engine mounts
Solid or hard engine mounts
Worn out catalytic converter
Incorrect fitment, I.e non compatible downpipe etc or turbo incorrectly clocked and rubbing runner or engine component etc
WHAT YOU MUST DO FOR THE WARRANTY SERVICE
During the applicable warranty period Trust Tubular will repair or replace, in Trust Tubular sole discretion, any defective component of the product without charge. To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, the purchaser must return the entire product, with a copy of the original sales invoice and description of the problem.
If Trust Tubular determines that, in its professional judgement, a defect in material or/and workmanship exists and the other conditions of this Limited Warranty are satisfied, then the product shall be repaired or replaced, in Trust Tubular sole discretion, free of charge, within 30 days following its receipt by Trust Tubular may replace the product with a rebuilt, reconditioned or new components when repairing any product or original product subject to this Limited Warranty shall become the property of Trust Tubular obligations under this Limited Warranty are limited to the value of the non-conforming component or product, All repaired or replaced products will be warranted for the period equal to the remainder of this original Limited Warranty or 30 day, whichever is longer.
